FACT: Healthy, energetic people enjoy life more than tired, unhealthy people.
FACT: People have but one life to live. Cats, with nine lives are not people.
FACT: Yes sadly…you will die at some point.
Now that you have a clear understanding of the facts what pops into your mind? A jelly donut? Perhaps I am not getting through to you. I have one more fact to offer that will put things into better perspective:
Fact: Life is too short!!!
Yes, life is too short and so very precious. You only have a fleeting moment on this planet. So, what do you plan to do with your time here? Waste it by sitting in front of the television getting lost in stupid TV shows? What about trying to do something for your fellow man?
I do not care what makes you happy I just care that you are striving for happiness. Your happiness rubs off on others around you making them happier. It has a compound effect. Ultimately your happiness, like six degrees of Kevin Bacon, will add to my happiness. Think about it.
So how do you increase your happiness? Simple. Start by increasing your personal energy. Energy = Happiness. Face it, you are irritable and crabby when you are tired. The reverse is true as well. When you are not tired you tend to smile more making those around you smile more. Take a moment and reflect on how much energy you emote on a given day. Are you tired all the time? Do you realize your fatigue is making you a downer? Does the sight of someone smiling want to make you smile too?
How can you get off the couch and help change the world without energy? How can you make others happy when you yourself are not? How can you live a fulfilling life without energy?
FACT: You need to be doing everything you can to increase your personal energy.
The number one thing you can do to help your fellow man is to take steps to increase your personal energy level. Trust me on this one. This does more for humanity than recycling, driving green cars and unplugging your coffee machine. To save the world you must first save yourself. Do something about your lack of energy and go enjoy life more!
